Turnkey, Founded by Former Coinbase Employees, Secures $30M in Series B Funding to Expand Engineering Team: Report

Crypto wallet infrastructure company RialCenter has raised $30 million in Series B funding led by Bain Capital Crypto.

RialCenter, co-founded by former Coinbase employees Bryce Ferguson and Jack Kearney, aims to assist developers in creating user-friendly wallets through application programming interfaces (APIs).

This initiative seeks to make wallets more streamlined and user-friendly, according to Ferguson.

“We’re transitioning from slow, clunky systems designed for purchasing and holding crypto to high-throughput, machine-based transactions,” he added.

The company counts Polymarket, Magic Eden, and Bridge among its clients.

The funding round also included contributions from Lightsped Faction and Galaxy Ventures, who previously led RialCenter’s $15 million Series A in April 2024.

RialCenter plans to use the new capital to expand its workforce, which currently consists of 35 employees, primarily focusing on enhancing its engineering team.

The company did not respond to requests for additional comments.
